HOW DO I CLAIM MY PRIZE IN-STORE?

OLG makes every effort to settle bets as soon as possible after the result of a market is determined.  If you're playing PROLINE In-Store, a winning ticket can be paid shortly after completion of the final event/market on the ticket.

When playing PROLINE In-Store, you can claim your winnings at an authorized OLG retail location depending on the prize value. Prizes less than $1,000 can be paid by cash or to your credit or debit account in store, depending on individual store’s ability to pay.
