Yes, you can use Sports Bet Credits from different promotions on the same bet slip. If you elect to fund your sports bet with Sports Bet Credits, Sports Bet Credits will show as an aggregate amount on the betslip and your bet will be made starting with the Sports Bet Credits that will expire the earliest.
