With PROLINE+, you will receive an email notifying you about resettlement in the following scenarios:
- Win to Lose
- Win to Void
- Void to Win
- Void to Lose
Due to technical limitations, you will not receive an email in the following scenarios:
- Lose to Win
- Lose to Void
You are always able to review a resettlement via your Transaction History in your OLG.ca account. The transaction history will indicate the original settlement as well as the resettlement.
